We needed a good simple hotel for our little stay in Lodz, and this provided that. Basic enough, but that's what we were expecting, the staff spoke English considerably better than we speak Polish, so that made everything easy for us. We found it quite well located for our stay, Lodz isn't a massive place anyway, but this was close enough to the hotel, and we could walk everywhere from it during our stay.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was awsome and very relaxing. The bathroom was big and very good. The location was very nice, behind the main square. The Wi-Fi was great, although I had to rejoin it everytime I was back at the hotel. The AC in the room was very good, it only needed a few minutes to warm the room. Friendly staff. Totally recommend this hotel. It is very good and value for money.

Both the front desk staff and the cleaning staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice with a good range of dishes and plenty to eat. The hotel was kept clean and tidy. The soundproofing in the room was great, we weren't disturbed with noise from inside the hotel or outside. Good value for money for this level of hotel. Would recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room large, comfortable and up to standard. Clothes hangers in sufficient quantity. Very clean both in room and bathroom. Tasty breakfast with a large selection of dishes. Well above expectations. Good location of the hotel. I will choose this hotel again on my next stay in Lodz.
